SHOP DOCUMENTS
TEALDOT online shop terms and conditions
Complete rules for purchasing finished works and commissioning bespoke works.
§ 1. General provisions
The Seller is XperiBase sp. z o.o., 4 Przemysłowa Street, 14-100 Samborowo, Poland, KRS 0001214570, NIP 7412175161, REGON 543600515, e-mail: kontakt@tealdot.pl, telephone: +48 575 040 865.
These Terms govern the use of the TEALDOT shop, placing orders, concluding contracts, payments, delivery, complaints and withdrawal from a contract.
The website presents a catalogue and accepts non-binding enquiries. Purchases follow an individual consultation. Contact is available by e-mail, telephone and the forms on the website.
Consumer provisions also apply, to the extent required by law, to a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business where the contract is not of a professional nature for that person.
§ 2. Offer, works and prices
The offer may include originals, artist’s variants, numbered hand-enhanced reproductions, partly hand-painted UV hybrid works, NFC posters and bespoke commissions.
An original is a single work painted entirely by hand. An artist’s variant is a new, separate and non-identical hand-painted work inspired by an earlier painting; it is never described as another original of the same work.
A hand-enhanced reproduction is a numbered and signed canvas print with small hand-painted brushstrokes. Formats and prices: 50 × 70 cm — PLN 400; 120 × 80 cm — PLN 650.
A UV hybrid work is a UV print with selected areas painted by hand. Its price ranges from PLN 2,000 to PLN 4,000 depending on the design, format and amount of manual work.
A TEALDOT poster is an unnumbered decorative product with NFC linking to the work’s digital presentation, music and story. A3 costs PLN 129 and A2 costs PLN 199. A poster is not unique and does not receive a certificate of authenticity.
Prices displayed to consumers are final gross prices. Availability, format, technique and price are shown on the product page.
When a price is reduced, the Seller also provides the lowest price used during the preceding 30 days or another legally applicable period.
An obvious error in a description or price does not bind the Seller; the Customer will be informed without delay.
§ 3. Enquiries, arrangements and payment
Submitting a form is a non-binding enquiry. It does not conclude a contract, create an obligation to pay or automatically reserve a painting.
The Seller confirms availability and agrees framing, delivery, insurance, the total price and timing with the Customer. Any reservation requires separate written confirmation specifying its duration.
Before purchase, the Customer receives a written offer containing the full terms, these Terms and information on complaints and withdrawal. The purchase follows the Customer’s explicit acceptance of the offer under its stated terms; confirmation of the contract is provided by e-mail.
Payment follows the agreed offer by bank transfer to PKO BP account 84 1020 3613 0000 6002 0191 1114. The form does not initiate payment. Availability is updated by the studio.
Sales documents are issued in accordance with applicable law. An electronic invoice is sent to the provided e-mail address where required or requested.
§ 4. Delivery
Delivery within Poland of a work no larger than 130 × 80 cm costs PLN 199. The price includes protective packaging and mandatory insurance up to the value of the work.
The domestic carrier is Poczta Polska. A finished work is normally dispatched within 3 working days after full payment is credited. A commissioned work is dispatched within 3 working days after completion, approval and payment of the outstanding balance, subject to safe drying time.
International delivery and non-standard formats are quoted before the contract is concluded. The offer specifies transport, packaging, insurance, timing and which party bears customs duties, taxes and local charges.
§ 5. Right of withdrawal
As a rule, a Consumer may withdraw from a contract for a finished work within 14 days of receiving it by submitting an unequivocal statement.
The Customer bears the direct return cost. If an oversized work cannot be returned by ordinary post, the estimated maximum return cost is PLN 199.
The Seller refunds payments within the statutory period, including the original delivery cost up to the least expensive ordinary delivery method. The refund may be withheld until the work or proof of return is received.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to a non-prefabricated work made to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised needs. This exclusion is communicated before the contract and does not limit complaint rights.
§ 6. Complaints
Complaints may be sent to kontakt@tealdot.pl with a description, requested remedy, order number and, where helpful, photographs. The Seller is responsible for conformity with the contract and replies within the period required by law.
Depending on the legal conditions, the Customer may request repair or replacement, a price reduction or withdrawal. The practical impossibility of replacing a unique work does not remove other statutory remedies.
Intentional impasto irregularities, tool marks and disclosed variations of handwork are features of the technique and style. They do not excuse damage, an incorrect format, colour, subject, depicted person or departure from the agreed specification.
§ 7. Copyright and music
Purchasing a painting does not transfer economic copyright or the right to reproduce, publish or commercially exploit the work unless a separate agreement expressly provides otherwise.
For the accompanying music, the Buyer receives a non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for private playback. Publication, redistribution, modification and commercial use require a separate agreement. TEALDOT creates the tracks using a paid SUNO account.
§ 8. Certificate of authenticity
Originals and hand-painted commissions receive a certificate containing the artist’s and TEALDOT’s details, a photograph, title, year, technique, dimensions, catalogue number, status, signature, issue date and a QR code linking to a verification page.
The designation ‘unique — 1/1’ is reserved for a single original or a separate hand-painted work. A numbered reproduction receives an edition number, such as 12/50, and is never marked as unique. Documentation for a hybrid work reflects its actual characteristics and the extent of handwork.
§ 9. Electronic services
Using the shop, forms, NFC content and QR verification page requires an internet-enabled device, a current browser, an active e-mail account for forms.
Users must not submit unlawful content, material infringing third-party rights or malicious code, or interfere with the service.
Forms are used for non-binding enquiries and briefs, and NFC and QR links for product content or certificate verification. Technical issues may be reported to kontakt@tealdot.pl.
§ 10. Final provisions
These Terms are available free of charge in a form that can be saved and printed.
Contracts are governed by Polish law without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in the Consumer’s country of habitual residence where applicable.
